Characterization of rubber rheological properties

Rubber rheological properties refer to the viscous and elastic relation to temperature and shear rate and can reflect the rubber performance and phenomenon in the curing processing. So it has a great practical value to carry out scientific research and to guide production.

Determination of carbon black dispersion

High flexibility is very important to rubber. Hardness refers to its ability to resist deformation. can also reflect the quality and degree of fluidization of semi products. Density determines the required quality of rubber when filling. It’s very important to the cost of pruducts.

Mechanical Performance Test

Rubber is always used under the action of external force,so it should have certain physical and mechanical properties.Such as tensile and tearing resistance.
